KC has been a local bass player in Orlando since 2001. He has played with the Gerry Williams band, The Large Marge Trio, and The Band of Renown, along with a lo...t of session work. Apart from playing in shows, KC has also taught privately in Orlando since 2008. His style is a mix between Jaco, Rocco, Vic Wooten, Larry Graham, James Jamerson, and George Porter Jr. He has studied bass with legends like Dave LaRue and holds the record as the 3rd youngest person to play at a Woodstock Festival. His mix of funk, jazz, rock, soul, and blues makes for a very unique and versatile sound. He is famous for his energetic stage performance and, of course, a pair of absurdly oversized shades.
