He began his career as a composer-writer-singer with the album "Dilkash" in 1992. He then moved to Canada in 2004, and due to his proficiency in playing rhythm guitar with both Western and Indian percussion instruments, he became a popular musician on South Asian music shows. He frequently played with bands in Toronto and has had the opportunity to share the stage with artists like Anup Jalota, Barkat Sidhu, and Gurdeep Singh.
